Vanika Sheesham Tarkashi Tray (12 × 6”)

Handcrafted in sheesham wood, the Vanika Tray features delicate Tarkashi inlay a traditional craft of fine metal lines set patiently into wood. Cut from a single piece of sheesham (Indian rosewood) and inlaid with fine brass wire by hand in the traditional tarkashi technique, this 12-inch tray is built to be the centre of a table rather than a corner of it. Each floral pattern is created by hand, making every piece quietly distinctive. Every brass line is set individually, so each tray carries small, human variations, the mark of a real maker.

Lay out drinks for guests, style a console, or serve a meal on something that started as a craft and ended as an heirloom.

Care:
