Shipping

We currently ship within India only. Standard and Express shipping options are available at checkout . The costs are calculated based on your delivery address and will be shown before you place your order.

As each piece in our collection is crafted by hand, please allow a little extra time for orders to be packed with care before dispatch. Estimated delivery timelines will be shared at checkout.

Returns

We do not offer returns as a standard policy. If you'd like to initiate a return, please write to us at hello@thekalaacollective.com within 5 days of receiving your order. To be eligible, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging. Returns sent without prior authorisation will not be accepted.

Shipping costs for returns are to be borne by the customer and are non-refundable.

Refunds

Once your return is received and approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within a 5 business days. Please note that banks and payment providers may take additional time to reflect this.

If you haven't received your refund after a few days, we recommend checking with your bank or card provider first. Still haven't heard back? Reach out to us at hello@thekalaacollective.com and we'll help sort it out.

Sale Items

Items purchased on sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Exchanges

We only offer exchanges for items that arrive damaged or defective. Write to us at hello@thekalaacollective.com with your order details and a photo of the damage, and we'll make it right.
